Several Points to Keep in Mind When Dealing with Privatization Issue in Ukraine

Privatization can help Ukraine to attract investors, yet there are several challenges they are currently facing. Corruption is one of them but unfortunately not the only one. The core issue is within most of the state-owned companies in Ukraine. Generally speaking,  following companies don’t have clear management system, own plenty of non-core assets and they are resistant to optimization of human resources.
